Our practice development programs are individually customized to thoroughly address the unique situations that are holding you back from taking your office to the next level.

They will help you achieve practice and financial independence. Through personalized coaching and customized solutions, we can help you obtain the results you want faster and keep them longer.

We have two category of programs:  Management Programs and Coaching Programs.

MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS
Our  Management Programs are advanced coaching programs that have always been centered around working ON your office while working IN your office.

To make our coaching most effective, all of our Management Programs include onsite visits.  We make “house calls.”  This saves you the hassle and money of going to seminars. In return, we bring the seminar to you. You get your own private growth engineer that gets to know you and your staff personally.

We only take few clients at any one time and with those that are accepted, we work closely with each doctor and their individual team members to customize their procedures into routine and effective systems that grow their business.

COACHING PROGRAMS
We also have our very effective Coaching Programs.
Because they are based upon our Management Programs and include everything except the onsite visit, they are one of the most powerful forces in chiropractic for practice growth and development.  Scroll down to the bottom of the page to learn more about our Coaching Programs.

 

 CHIROPRACTIC MANAGEMENT PROGRAMS

All of our management programs include on site visits. This is our specialty. No other company has clocked as many hours working in chiropractor’s offices across the country as we have. Period.

These on site visits are “Comprehensive Intensives.” They include a complete on site analysis of over 8 clinical departments. Everything gets evaluated. A plan is worked out collaboratively with you determining short term and long term action steps. The next phase of the visit includes mini workshops and coaching with the staff and doctors in each key area that needs to be addressed.

The result is that you and your staff receive a customized and intensive workshop directed just at those areas that you need the most. On some occasions, these Comprehensive Intensives may go into the morning of the next day, depending on the size of the office.

A written report of findings is also sent with action steps, supported by regular coaching calls to you and your staff.

Not only are these visit remarkably effectively in advancing your office to the next level, they save you thousands of dollars in transportation costs and time out of the office.

Basic Management
This includes all the services covered in our Coaching Programs, as well as a Comprehensive Intensive on site visit every 6 months in your office. (For local clients, or for offices that are relatively close together, arrangements may be made for a ½ day visits every 3 months, if requested and approved by PM&A Coach.)

This program includes any teleseminars, webinars, or seminars we may schedule, as well as monthly statistical and marketing analysis and specific action steps based upon current statistical reports. Coaching calls are scheduled between 2-3 times per month, and incoming calls and emails are returned usually within 24 hours.

In addition, our management programs provide three other special features at no additional charge.

  • Staff and Associate Consulting. As needed, we provide special coaching calls for staff and associates. This is particularly useful as a follow up after our visits to help ensure the actions steps get implemented. In some cases, we may request staff or associates fax or email us specialized monthly reports detailing their work and their goals and plans for the upcoming month.
  • Project Work Done In Our Office. We can customize all of you’re your administrative procedures and checklists, as well as promotional posters and ads. We limit this, of course, to a few hours each month.
  • Personalized Newsletters. We can set up and send out your own customized email newsletters. Customized newsletters are best as most email newsletters are generic articles that never get read. We can add your photos and even put in your patient testimonial videos. (Your only fee would be for the email service.)

* Standard Management
Our Standard Management program is the same as our Basic Program, but provides for a full day visit to your office every 4 months. Also included is more project time done in our offices for yours. (For local clients, or for offices that are relatively close together, arrangements may be made for more frequent ½ day visits per year, if requested and approved by PM&A Coach.)

*  * Management Plus
Our Management Plus program is the same as our other management programs, but provides for a full day visit 3 months to your office. More project time is also allotted for us to work on special projects for your office, done in our office. (For local clients, or for offices that are relatively close together, arrangements may be made for more frequent ½ day visits per year, if requested and approved by PM&A Coach.)

*  * * Executive Management
This is our top of the line program. It is very intensive, and suitable for group practices or offices with satellites. We visit your office every month, or every two months depending on location, for one full day, sometimes more as needed. Lots of project time is also allotted for us to work with associates and staff.

CHIROPRACTIC COACHING PROGRAMS

Standard Coaching – This program includes everything our Management Programs do with the exception of the onsite visit. Each month we develop practice building plans with you and then each week work with you or one of your team to help you implement some aspect of the plan.

Basic Coaching –   Coaching lite – but still very effect and personalize. Ideal for the a younger office that is on their way to the “big time.”  Each month we will personally review your practice numbers and makes specific recommendations to help you achieve your goals for that month.  We will follow up with a written list of action steps and then meet again two weeks later. You have access to all of our propriety material and of course, can contact us when needed.
