Dear Doctor and Fellow Entrepreneur:
2011 is fast approaching.
The world is changing faster and faster and the truth is -- you are either staying up with it, or falling behind.
Unless you -- and your team -- are constantly working at practice improvement, your patients will be seeking other offices that are. And it won't take long before they leave. There is just too much happening.
This is what we see, working in offices like yours, day in and day out. And it is nothing like we have observed before: even the rate of change is increasing.
For over 23 years, we have spent our time working with doctors just like you, and your staff, in your workplaces. We want to present to you what we have recently learned that is working.
What you do with the information is up to you, but at least you will have it.
Our seminar is broken into separate unique sections, each taught by a world class expert. Any one of these sections is worth the entire seminar fee – but you get all of them.
Our seminars are full of procedures as well as passion -- and comedy. You will get practical tips and your team with be inspired to implement them. And have fun while doing so.
We have had many glowing responses since we launched our seminar series three years ago. One doctor from Boston wrote us: “I’m fired up. Loved the info on the 3-Goals concept and managing management and organization. Best seminar I have ever been to.” Another from Minneapolis said: “I don’t know what you guys did, but we are on fire..!”
Bring your staff for a fast infusion of practical improvement steps and tank load of inspiration.
Here is what you

J Peter Heffernan, D.C., DPhCS
Dr. Peter Heffernan has been in practice for over 35 years. He has lectured across the world for thousands of hours on spinal bio-mechanics. He has a PHd from Palmer on Philosophy, and has run a profitable 4 doctor office for many years. He will be presenting to doctors some key concepts on practice building from a clinical perspective.
Dr. Heffernan has been in practice in Waukesha, WI since 1975. For most of this time, he has operated a multi-doctor clinic. In his own words: "Private practice in Waukesha, 1975 to present. . . Upon graduation from Logan College of Chiropractic my wife Roseanne and I moved to Waukesha, Wisconsin with our one year old son, P.J. We opened the Bluemound Chiropractic Life Center on January 15th, 1976. The practice grew to 100 patient visits per day within one year. Over the next several years an associate was added and the practice grew to 500 visits per week. The practice became a Renaissance based practice in 1978 when new patients were accepted only after attending pre-care classes. The practice began to start 100 new patients per month from direct referrals and we quickly reached capacity. The practice has sustained itself as a non-advertising, direct referral, family based, non-therapy practice for 35 years. Currently the practice is called Heffernan Chiropractic Clinic. We have four full time chiropractors. The practice integrates segmental specific chiropractic adjustments delivered using the X.Y,Z coordinate system. Adjustments are integrated with rehabilitative spinal exercises, theraball exercises, and yoga classes.
Renaissance Seminar Instructor, 1979-1981 Board Member, Wisconsin Chiropractic Association Board of Directors, 1994-2001 Executive Director of Applied Spinal Biomechanical Engineering (A.S.B.E), 1986-1991 Prior to resigning this post, A.S.B.E. was being taught by seven instructors in over 60 seminar locations per year. My commitment was 20 weekends per year coupled with the management and maintenance of a full-time practice Life Force Doctor, Recruitment program, Life University, 2009
