The. C.A.'s Role in Practice Development
This is a six month program designed to provide chiropractic assistants extra training and support in helping the doctor grow and develop the practice.

The program will be taught by Ms. Phyllis Frase, one of Chiropractic’s foremost staff trainers.

There is no question that the success of your business, as well as the quality of service provided to your patients, is greatly determined by the motivation and skill of your staff.

And even though most doctors know this, they often simply do not have the time to do anything about it.

You probably have great staff.  But, what would it be like if they were even more excited and passionate about growing your practice, helping patients, and providing extra-ordinary service? What if they were trying at least as hard as you to grow the practice? 
 
This training program is intending to help both you and your team. Its focus is on practice development and growth. Each session will cover important procedures that the Chiropractic Assistant can use to help build the office. After her presentation, the lines will open up for a question and answer and a round table discussion, moderated by Phyllis.

Immediately after the presentation, a questionnaire will be made available to all of the participants. This can be filled out by the C.A. attending and used to discuss at staff meetings and with the doctor.

Each conference will be held by phone at 12:30, Central Time, U.S. The class will last about 45 minutes and be followed by a question and answer period.

Price: Free for all existing Petty, Michel and Associate clients on a 3 Goals Program. (If you are an active client of PM&A but not on a 3 Goals Program, check with your consultant.)

For those of you not active with PM&A, you are welcome to listen take one class at no charge.
Individual classes may be purchased for $85 each. All five (the first class is free) may be purchased for $350.  There  are no refunds when the entire program is purchased.

Note: we will also be offering a certificate in Practice Development for successful completion of all six classes. For a C.A to receive a certificate, she or he must listen to each class and complete a homework assignment form based upon each class. The homework will be graded Pass/Fail. If a class is missed, there will be an opportunity to listen to the tape via internet and or a mailed C.D.
***NOTE: Class 1 was not recorded. There will be a make-up class made available in the future for those of you who missed it. Stay tuned!***

Judging from the tremendous response to this program, we will probably be offering this program again in the future for a considerably higher fee, so if you are thinking about taking these courses, now is the time.

*** Each class requires a new access number and often a new phone number. To attend the conference, all you have to do is call the number from any phone, enter the access number, and you will be in the class. Make sure you mute your phone at the beginning [press #6]. Later, at the end of the class, you can unmute it to ask questions or participate the round table.

If you are a PMA client or MMS member, you may find the new phone number and access number on the MMS Member's web site at www.mmsmembers.com.  It will be posted the day before the teleconference.


If you are not a client or member, you can email us for the number and we will send you the number the day before the teleconference.

If this is your first class, send an email to let us know:
  1. the name of the doctor
  2. the name of the office
  3. the names of the Chiropractic Assistants
 and we will send you the phone number and access code to participate. There is limited availability, so sign up early.

For non active PM&A clients, you may purchase all six classes for $350.  (Note: There are no refunds for these classes. If in doubt, take the first one at no charge.)  --> Pay for the all 5 classes now. (The first one is free).

There are different levels of service, starting with the 3 Goals Coaching program at $350 per month.  Just read the 3 Goals Practice Development Programs Levels of Service (click below) and decide which program you want to do.  Open up the Management Agreement, complete it, and fax it to us at 1 (414) 332- 0909. No cover sheet is required.

me: "what? Good collections day?"

her: "I just finished the first teleclass. I was skeptical. I thought it would be boring review. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I am so pumped, Phyllis was SO motivational. I can't believe how great that was. I've been around for a while, so I can't imagine what it did with our other CA (who was listening from home). I clicked in and I was the sixth person, then the phone went crazy with people clicking in - I don't know how many, but lots of CAs from all over. She was awesome. You have a great program there! Your message helps me know that what we are doing tonight will impact people’s lives and educate them on the benefits of chiropractic. Congrats on your 1st teleconference!
 
We had me,  in Chiropractic all my life for 56 years (since birth!),  [Name deleted] with us for over 6 yrs. and [Name deleted] only with us for 1 month and a brand new patient to Chiropractic.  We all came away with a renewed conviction to tell the Chiropractic story on the perpective patient's level and renewed our commitment to our career!  They loved your analogies and stories and you spoke from the heart!
 
We are committed to the next five sessions and would like the following emailed to us:
 
1) C.A. Poem, 2) M.D./ Chiropractic comparison sheet, 3) Three questionnaires to send back for summary of info. learned and description of how applied and/or discussed with Drs. and staff. and 3) Three certification applications, as we all three want to receive that certification of completion.
