Just had a CA call me about two minutes ago (1:30 pm). ... [Name deleted] from Dr. [Name deleted] office. Has been a CA for 12+ years. Here's what she said when I answered the phone:
her: "WOW!"
me: "what? Good collections day?"
her: "I just finished the first teleclass. I was skeptical. I thought it would be boring review. I WAS BLOWN AWAY. I am so pumped, Phyllis was SO motivational. I can't believe how great that was. I've been around for a while, so I can't imagine what it did with our other CA (who was listening from home). I clicked in and I was the sixth person, then the phone went crazy with people clicking in - I don't know how many, but lots of CAs from all over. She was awesome. You have a great program there! I just wanted to be the first person to call and tell you how wonderful these are!"

Outstanding job on the teleconference! It found it very motivational and inspiring. We are hosting our first ever Girl’s Night Out tonight. Your message helps me know that what we are doing tonight will impact people’s lives and educate them on the benefits of chiropractic. I would love to have a copy of the medicine versus chiropractic and the chiropractic’s assistant poem.

Congrats on your 1st teleconference!
We had me, in Chiropractic all my life for 56 years (since birth!), [Name deleted] with us for over 6 yrs. and [Name deleted] only with us for 1 month and a brand new patient to Chiropractic. We all came away with a renewed conviction to tell the Chiropractic story on the perpective patient's level and renewed our commitment to our career! They loved your analogies and stories and you spoke from the heart!
We are committed to the next five sessions and would like the following emailed to us:
1) C.A. Poem, 2) M.D./ Chiropractic comparison sheet, 3) Three questionnaires to send back for summary of info. learned and description of how applied and/or discussed with Drs. and staff. and 3) Three certification applications, as we all three want to receive that certification of completion.
Dr. [Name deleted] says hi and "Awesome job!" He listened in and was equally inspired. We took 10 min. after the teleconference to share ideas of what we learned from your presentation. We have a front desk meeting scheduled on Mon., 01/28 to carry on your ideas. We have already put the teleconferences in the appt. book.
Welcome to Petty, Michel and Associates. You will be a great asset to an already excellent consulting firm.
